These Healthy-Organic strawberry smoothies will take less then 5 minutes and will bring protein to your breakfast. Placing all ingredients in a blender: Use 1 cup of water for your liquid if you want to stay at a low sugar content. Then use 1/2 cup of Kefir or yogurt, Kefir is more sour then yogurt. Next use 1 frozen banana that was frozen in a zip lock bag. Now, use 1 cup of strawberries that will sweeten the smoothie.
