Enjoy hot chocolate during the stifling summer months by putting it on ice. To make iced hot chocolate, you will need:

3 3/4 cup whole milk

1/3 cup water

1/3 cup sugar

a saucepan

6 oz bittersweet chocolate, finely chopped

ice

whipped cream (optional)

chocolate shavings (optional)
