In order to make a Green Shake, you will need the following: a cucumber, and apple, ginger, a lemon, bananas, spinach, water, and a dash a salt. Chop up a cucumber and toss it into a blender. Chop up the apple. You can leave the core in it, if you like, in order to retain all of the vitamins. Juice a lemon. Add the lemon juice and the apple to the blender. Peel 2 bananas and add them. Add 2 handfuls of fresh spinach and a dash of salt. Add a piece of fresh ginger. Add a bit of water. Blend it until it is creamy. Serve.
