1. A delicious breakfast smoothie.
Make this smoothie every morning for breakfast. It’s rich in vitamins, antioxidants, fiber, omega-3 fats, monounsaturated fats, soy protein, and so much more!
- 1 banana
- 1/2 apple
- 1 kiwi, peeled
- 1/2 cup frozen mixed berries
- 1 cup orange juice
- 1/2 cup soy milk
- 1/2 cup nonfat plain yogurt
- 1/2 cup tofu
- 3 tablespoons unsalted natural peanut butter
- 2 tablespoons aloe vera juice
- 2 tablespoons flaxseed oil
- 1 teaspoon barley grass powder (optional)

Chocolate Banana Smoothie
- 6 oz. SnackWell’s Chocolate Cherry Non-Fat Yogurt
- 1/4 cup skim milk
- 1 banana
- 3 large ice cubes
Put all ingredients into blender. Blend well, adding more ice or milk if necessary, until smoothie
consistency is reached!
3. Eggnog supreme Christmas is coming and with it comes a few treats you only get this time of year. And one of those treats is eggnog, so why not combine that delicious eggnog flavor with a smoothie and with that you have a great tasting eggnog smoothie.
Ingredients:
- 2 cups eggnog
- 1 banana
- 1 cup nonfatvanilla yogurt
- 1/3 cup of 2% milk
- 2 cups of ice
- Pinch of nutmeg
- Pinch of cinnamon
Blend until the banana is part of creamy texture. Trust me, this is eggnog smoothie is delicious!
